by the NME for: Pure Gold Festival Launch South Bank Centre, London The piece was devised through the course of workshop sessions, wherein participants undertook research, discussions, live-composition and improvisation exercises and training. The creative efforts endeavour to address issues related to cultural memory, urbanisation, public policy, architecture, physical space and sociability etc. The guided-improvisation-based output featured a wide spatialisation (spread through the Clore Ballroom), intense itineration, audience-interactivity, an overall emergent behaviour and, of course, flexible instrumentation.
